How to Set the Oven for Broiling
Leavethe dooropento thebroil stopposition.
Thedoorstaysopenby itself,yet theproper
temperatureis maintained/btheoven.
NOTE:Foodcanbebroiledwith thedoor
closedbutitmaynot brownas well because
theovenheatingelementwill cycleonandoff.
[] Place the meat or fish on the broiler
grid in the broiler pan,
[] Follow suggested rack )ositions in
the Broiling Guide.
The size, weight, thickness, stm'ting
temperature and }ore" preterence of
doneness will affect broiling times. This
guide is based on me,its _lt refligerator
temperature.
[] Press the BROIL I/I/tO pad once for
HI Broil
To change, to tO Broil, press the
BROILI/I/tO pad ag_dn.
[] Press the START p'ad.
[] \_]leIl bIoiling is finished, press the
CLEAR/OFFpad.
