Enable a u ser to set the two-way rad io in talk-aro und m ode via menu or key s.
(The co mmunication obje ct shall be used within the co mmunication distanc e
without use of a repeater).
Scope of Applications
 1）Communicate with the other party for a long time to prevent making the repeater
busy t o in vite the ot her part y f or comm on-frequency co mmunication in
talk-around mode.
 2）Communicate beyond the effective coverage area of the repeater.
 Immediately release it after co mmunication; otherwise, co mmunication of ot her
members in the network will fail.
3 Tone/Prompt
 Enable a user to turn
on or off sounds and prompt tones via menu.
4 TX Power
 Enable a user to adjust the
TX power of the two-way radio via menu.
5 Backlight
 Enable a use
r to change b acklight setti ng via menu or ke ys, i.e. OFF, AUTO, and
ON.
6 Startup Interface
 Enable a user to enable or
disable the startup interface via menu.
7 Keyboard Lock
 Enable a user to turn
on or off keyboard lock via menu or keys.
8 LED Indicator
 Enable a user to turn
on or off LED indicators via menu.
9 Squelch
Allow a user to enable or disable the squelch feat
