TWV & Optima Fan Beam Kit Installation

Gutter/Front Fascia

Hanging Channel

Run a bead of Caulk Sealant in the center of the roof panel groove you have chosen for the Fan Beam location

2 Set the 2"x2" Fan Beam in the roof panel Push it tightly against the foam in the Hanging Channel

Using two #8 screws at each end, fasten upward thru the Gutter leg into the Fan Beam and fasten upward

thru the Hanging Channel leg into the Fan Beam

Slide the Fan Beam Cap into the Hanging Channel against the Foam Weatherstripping A Gently pull the Gutter back (without the pan clip braces on) and the Cap will drop down in place under the top lip of the Gutter-Front Fascia *C* B *C* Two #8 fasteners thru the Fan Beam Cap Legs into the Gutter-Front Fascia & Two #8 fasteners thru the Hanging Channel top leg downward into the Fan Beam Cap and seal all fasteners with caulk sealant Seal along the Cap and the Hanging Channel and down inside against the Wea
