game and roasts, making them crispy on the outside and tender in the
middle. The door can be left closed whilst grilling and Browning will
occur from the top element.

Quick and effective gas cooking using the full gas oven.
FAN ASSISTED GAS OVEN
The fan circulates the heat inside the oven to distribute the heat evenly
on the food, resulting in more evenly cooked food.
