6. Replace the computer’s front panel and cover as described in
Chapter 4; then follow the “Post-installation Setup
Procedures” on page 4-8 to update your configuration.
lnstalling a Drive
Follow these steps to install a drive in an upper bay:
1. Locate one plastic guiderail, one metal grounding plate, and
two of the retaining screws that came with your computer.
Attach the guiderail and grounding plate to the right side of
the drive, as shown below, and secure them with the
retaining screws.

2. Align the guiderail between the two guides on the right side
of the drive bay and slide the drive into the bay.
