TROUBLESHOOTING—Model No. 5121 eFLEX
A. If Product Does Not Operate
1. The internal battery may have been completely discharged - Charge the unit completely, following the previous
charging instructions.
B. eFLEX does not charge
1. Check connection to the AC Charging Adaptor.
2. Check connection to the 12VDC Charging Adaptor.
3. Check if there is power through the AC outlet or 12VDC socket.
C. Air Compressor Does Not Operate/Inflate
1. Check that the unit is fully charged. Recharge eFLEX if necessary.
2. Make certain the Air Compressor switch is set to the ON position.
3. Ensure that the Air Hose Connector is pushed onto the valve stem and is inserted securely.
D. Unit Fails to Jump Start
1. Check that the unit is fully charged. Fully recharge eFLEX if necessary.
2. Make certain proper and tight connections are established through the clamps and the vehicle battery terminals.
3. Turn the Jump Starter Power ON/OFF Switch (17) to ON position.
E. 12 Volt DC Port Does Not Power Device.
1. Check that the unit is fully charged. Recharge eFLEX if necessary.
2. Make certain that the device does not draw more than 10 Amp.
F. USB Port Does Not Power Device.
1. Check that the unit is fully charged. Recharge eFLEX if necessary.
2. Make certain that the AC Outlets/USB Power ON/OFF Switch (12) is set to the USB ON position.
G. LED Area Light Does Not Operate.
1. Check that the unit is fully charged. Recharge eFLEX if necessary.
2. Make certain that the LED Area Light Switch (3) is set to the ON position.
H. Inverter Does Not Operate.
1. Make certain that the AC Outlets/USB Power ON/OFF Switch (12) is set to the Inverter ON position.
2. Ensure the appliance attached to the inverter does not consume more than 400 Watt
3. Check that the unit is fully charged. Recharge eFLEX if necessary.
