2. Press and hold the WPS button on the extender for 2 seconds. The WPS LED should start flashing. 3. Press the WPS button on the root wireless access point within 2 minutes to establish a connection.
4. When the WPS connection has been established, the WPS LED will light up for 5 minutes and the signal strength LED will go on. Note: If an error has occurred, the WPS LED will flash rapidly. Please wait for the WPS LED to turn off and try again from the beginning. 5. After you have connected the extender to the existing Wi-Fi network, you can move this extender to another location for optimal Wi-Fi extension.
Important notice: If you are using Windows 7 and the following appears, please click “Connect the network without setting it up”. Please do not click “OK”. If you have accidentally clicked “OK”, you will see the following. Please click “Cancel”. 4. Now you should have connected to the Wi-Fi extender. Open your web browser and input the access key in address bar to log in the extender’s web configuration interface.

Click “OK” to continue. 6. iQ Setup will start detecting available Wi-Fi networks automatically. All the detected Wi-Fi networks will be displayed in the list. Select the one to which you wish to connect.
Note: If the Wi-Fi network to which you wish to connect does not appear, click “Refresh” to detect again or try to move the extender closer to the root wireless access point. 7. Input the same password as the existing Wi-Fi network in the “KEY” field and click “Next” to continue. Note: The extender must have the same Wi-Fi password as the root wireless access point. 8. By default, the extender’s SSID is the root access point’s SSID+mac address. You can change the extender’s SSID if you want.
BASIC SETTINGS Resetting the Wi-Fi Extender If your Wi-Fi extender is not functioning correctly, or if you want to run iQ Setup again, press and hold the WPS button for 10 seconds to reset the extender to factory defaults (the power LED will flash as the device resets to factory defaults). Enabling/Disabling the LED Indicators 1. Open your web browser and input the access key in address bar to log in the extender’s web configuration interface.
4. Check the “Enable LED OFF mode” box to configure LED behavior. 5. Click “Apply” to save the changes.
