EclipseToolswarrantsthepurchaser(end‐user)thattheproductswill
beofmerchantablequalityandfreeofdefectsforaperiodoffiveyears
fromthetimeofpurchase.Satisfactionofthiswarrantyislimitedtothe
repairorreplacementofthegoodsatEclipse'sdiscretion.Iffor
whateverreasonEclipsedoesnotwishtorepairorreplace,itwillissue
acreditforthegoods.Anoriginalreceiptofsalemustbeproducedifthe
ageoftheproductisinquestion.AllBlades,Bulbs,Batteries,Bitsare
exemptfromwarrantyastheyareconsumableitemsthatwearoutand
needtobereplacedfromtimetotime.

