10. Putting into service
The controller allows various parameters to be set.
Step 1
First, remove the rotary knob and undo the screw
beneath it with the help of a screwdriver.

Step 2
Mount the rotary knob on the adjusting axis. You
can set parameters with the help of the rotary knob
and the Set button. Note the tables to the side.
These differ from version to version. Therefore, en-
sure that you have chosen the correct table.

Now turn the knob to the number whose parame-
ter you want to change. The adjustable parameters
are shown in the tables on the right. Take care to
select the correct device version.
In this example, the rotary knob is turned to po-
sition 4.
In this position, the control algorithm or the cur-
rent can be changed for the UTE 2800-R version.

To change the “Algorithm” parameter you must
now press the Set button once for the UTE 2800-R.
Two seconds later, the LED flashes the same num-
ber of times as you pressed the button. In this
example, it flashes once. This confirms that the
setting change has been made. The process is re-
peated for all other setting changes.

If all settings have been made as required, the
rotary knob can be removed again and the front
cover mounted with the help of a screwdriver.
In the final step, the rotary knob is mounted. The
device now operates with the required configura-
tion.

11. Resetting the device
Press the Set button for 15 seconds to reset the device settings to the default values on delivery from the factory.
