MF9250 DynaFlex header: the best of both worlds Capacity, control and adaptability take a giant leap forward with the MF9250 DynaFlex flexible cutter bar draper header. With a cutting width up to 40 feet (12.2 m), the DynaFlex provides all the flexibility of an auger-style flex header combined with the gentle and fluid material handling of a draper header – all while connecting to the 9005 Series’ dual PTO shaft hookups and single-point multi-coupler without the need for an adapter.
Smartrac™ keeps your headers inline. Effortlessly. Keeping headers operating at the correct position when harvesting over rolling terrain or terraces is always a challenge. But Massey Ferguson Smartrac takes the guesswork out of getting it right. And keeping it right. Simple switches in the operator’s hydro handle control header raise, lower, and float functions on the header. Eight degrees of lateral tilt is usually optimal on the most rolling terrain.
Threshing and separating at its highest level. Ever. At the heart of the Massey Ferguson 9005 Series, you’ll find the secret to our success – and yours. It’s our unique threshing and separating system, the ATR (Advanced Technology Rotor). It amplifies the efficiencies inherent in rotary threshing technology. The intake and discharge design is patented. And the longest rotor in the industry at 140" (3,556 mm) takes combine performance to an entirely new level. Our MF9695 and MF9795 models feature a 27.
Let’s start with the 71" (1,800 mm) long highcapacity reciprocating grain pan that efficiently delivers threshed and separated grain to the front of the cleaning shoe. This simple system literally eliminates issues associated with augertype conveyer systems used in competitive combines.
Unloading? Nobody does it better. Or faster than 4.5 bushels/s. C We’ve delivered the most efficient, productive grain-handling system in the world by combining the largest capacity bin available, with the industry’s fastest unloading rate. Increase your capacity. All three 9005 Series models feature our Direct High Volume on-the-go unloading system that unloads at 4.5 bushels/s. (159 l/s.).
Chopper, spreader or direct discharge. Residue management the right way. When it’s harvest time, you’ve got your hands full. Literally. Which is why we’ve designed our 9005 Series combines to make every facet of the process as flexible and efficient as possible – right down to residue management. Straw Chopper – High-yielding crops demand a high capacity straw chopper, with widespread capability. That’s what you get with Massey Ferguson straw choppers.
Work hard. Ride easy. See a ton. Farming is demanding enough. As you’re working those hundreds of acres, or even those thousands of acres, your cab environment itself should do more to help you get the job done. That’s why our 9005 Series cabs are designed to be the roomiest, most comfortable and quietest around.
Adjustable Steering Column PAGE 13 Cabin A slim design profile contributes greatly to improved visibility and operator comfort, and the leather wrapped steering wheel, tilt and telescope steering column, and large foot rests add to the comfort and convenience.
Stay on course. Precision Tools With our optional TopCon™ satelliteassisted combine steering that’s factory installed, you’ll reduce any overlapping and ensure efficiency in the field that’s sharper than an eagle’s eye. Choose from various levels of steering accuracy, starting with the no cost WAAS signal, on up to an accuracy of 0.8" (2 cm) RTK base station. Auto-Guide operates within the C2000 Virtual Terminal, standard equipment on the 9005 Series.
Increase your intelligence. The smarter you are about farming technology, the more you’ll reap – from your fields and from your balance sheet. And the smartest farm operators know that today, there are more tools than ever before to maximize yield and enhance their financial return. Massey Ferguson combines offer “on-board intelligence” that’s second to none, with our precision agriculture system.
Horsepower you can feel. Talk about horsepower. Early combines were drawn by horse and mule teams, using a Bull Wheel to provide power. Obviously, times have changed. In the 9005 Series Massey Ferguson combines, classleading horsepower and torque and exceptional fuel economy are provided by 84CTA AGCO SISU POWER advanced technology engines, on MF9695 and the MF9795.
Simple to service – easy to own. Our Massey Ferguson 9005 Series combines are made to work. And work hard. But when it comes to servicing, well, that’s easy. Because right from the outset, we designed in-advanced serviceability. The simple truth is, our combines are based on a simpler hydrostatically driven rotor system and a simple hydraulic system, with fewer gear boxes, fewer drive chains, fewer belts – and fewer things to go wrong.
