Bench assembly for compact pedestal version
At the head sides of the bench, plastic side panels have
already been fitted in the factory using "furniture screws".
These side panels must now be removed to continue
with the assembly. Remove the screws using a large
screwdriver or a normal coin.

Secure the outer sides of the pedestal covers toward
the foot end. Again, make sure that the lightly grainy
surface on the panel is facing outward.
Take 3 ea. of the 4,2 mm x 9,5mm sheet metal screws
from the accessories bag and use them to secure the
panels.

That is all you need to do, put the pedestal together. The
bench can now be situated onto the intended securing
points on the pedestal.
As prepration of mounting the canopy, loosen the top
securing screws on the side panels at both the right and
left sides. Use a big screwdriver to do this.

After loosening the screws, pull the side panel out-
ward, then using a screwdriver, place it gently in the
gap to keep it ajar. See fig. 11.
