TROUBLESHOOTING
Plow is not funcƟoning:
1. ConĮrm the main power and control wire plugs are clean and properly connected
2. ConĮrm the control wire is properly connected to the hand held control.
3. ConĮrm that the main power inline breaker was not accidently tripped. Press the red buƩon on top
and push the trip wing back in to reset

4. Do a quick test of the hand held control, standing between the snowplow and the vehicle on the
passenger’s side unplug the grey control wire at the rubber plug assembly, leave the main power plug
connected, with the
use of needle noise pliers perform the two operĂƟons shown below on the plow
side of the plug. Try raising Įrst and the pump should run, then lower.

A - If the plow operates there is an issue with the control or control wire, check the wire carefully to make sure
it
is not cut or pinched, remove and reconnect the wire from the boƩom of the hand held control, re-connect the
control wire to the plow and re-test.
