HELPFUL HINTS We recommend you protect your work surface during assembly to prevent scratching or damage to table tops, wood floors, etc. finished edge unfinished edge Unfinished edges are shaded in gray. It is important to understand how finished edges go together. Take a moment to lay out all the wood pieces and note the finished and unfinished (raw wood) edges. Arrange pieces so all finished edges are facing the same way.

STEP 1 D D D D D D C (H1) x 6 long dowel 1. 2. Push LONG dowels (H1) into holes of vertical dividers (D). Push horizontal divider (C) over dowels as shown. (Holes in horizontal dividers go all the way through.
STEP 2 D D D (H1) x 6 long dowel 1. 2. 6 Push vertical dividers (D) over exposed long dowels. Push LONG dowels (H1) into vertical dividers as illustrated.
STEP 3 D C 1. 2. D D Push second horizontal divider (C) over dowels (H1). Push on last set of vertical dividers (D).
STEP 4 B B B B (H2) x 12 short dowel 1. 2. 3. 8 (H4) x 6 assembly screw #5mm x 38mm Push twelve short dowels (H2) into top/bottom panels as shown. Top/bottom panels are the same. Align the top/bottom panel’s dowels to vertical dividers. Attach top/bottom panels (B) to vertical dividers using three screws for each panel as shown.
STEP 5 unfinished edges of unit up! A A (H4) x 16 assembly screw #5mm x 38mm (H3) x 22 screw cover 1. Attach side panels to assembly using eight screws (H4) through each side panel as shown. 2. Push screw covers (H3) onto all screw heads.
STEP 6 unfinished edges of unit up! E E E E E E (H5) x 72 nail 1. Position the back panels (E) in a staggered pattern as shown 2. Nail (H5) the back panels in place through the holes provided, being careful not to angle the nails .
STEP 7 or for stacking for single unit or or (H2) x 2 short dowel (H9) x 2 hole plug 1. For single unit: Insert hole plugs (H9) into top holes. For stacking units: insert dowels (H2) into top holes.
STEP 8 wall stud B top panel Top panel (H6) x 1 L-bracket (H7) x 1 L-bracket screw #10 x 1/2” flathead (H8) x 1 wall screw #10 x 1-1/2” 1. Align unit with wall stud and refer to page 8 for installation instructions. 2. Place short end of L-bracket (H6) against wall/wall stud. Uses 1-1/2” screw (H8) to secure L-bracket to wall stud. 3. Use 1/2” screw (H7) to secure L-bracket to top panel (B).
