It is important to understand how finished edges go together. Take a moment to lay out all the wood pieces and note the finished and unfinished (raw wood) edges. Arrange pieces so all finished edges are facing the same way.
STEP 1 B (H3) x 4 short dowel 1. 2. 3. 4. Push four SHORT dowels (H3) into holes on one top/bottom panel (B). Install dowels only into one top/bottom panel Both top/bottom panels are the same. Top/Bottom panels have six holes on one side with the middle holes going through to the other side. Unfinished edges are shaded in light gray.
STEP 2 B A (H1) x 4 assembly screw #10 x 1-1/2 in. 1. Attach top/bottom panel (B) to one side panel (A). Make sure finished edges of unit are up. 2. Push vertical dividers onto dowels in top/bottom panel. Make sure finished edges of unit are up. 3. From opposite side of top/bottom panel, secure each vertical divider with an assembly screw (H1).
STEP 3 C D D C (H9) x 8 long dowel (H1) x 4 assembly screw #10 x 1-1/2 in. D D 1. Push four LONG dowels (H9) into vertical dividers. 2. Push horizontal divider (C) onto dowels in vertical dividers (D). The holes in horizontal dividers go all the way through. Be sure to assemble with all finished edges to front. 3. Secure horizontal divider with two assembly screws (H1) through side panel. 4. Push second set of vertical dividers onto dowels of horizontal divider and repeat steps 1 through 3. 5.
STEP 4 B D D D A D A D (H1) x 4 assembly screw #10 x 1-1/2 in. 1. 2. 3. 4. 8 (H3) x 4 short dowel Push four SHORT dowels (H3) into vertical dividers (D). Align dowels to holes in underside of top panel (B) and place into position. Be sure to assemble with all finished edges to front. Secure top panel with two assembly screws (H1) through side panel (A). Secure top vertical dividers with two assembly screws (H1) through top panel.
STEP 5 A (H1) x 8 assembly screw #10 x 1-1/2 in. 1. Attach other side panel (A) with provided assembly screws (H1). 2. Be sure to assemble with all finished edges to front.
STEP 6 E E E E E (H2) x 20 screw cover 1. 2. 3. 4. 10 (H8) x 60 nail Lay unit so finished (front) edges face down and unfinished edges face up. (Unfinished surfaces are shaded in gray.) Push screw covers (H2) onto all screw heads. Gently tap in place with hammer. Position the back panels (E) in a staggered pattern as shown. Nail (H8) the back panels into place through the holes provided, being careful not to angle the nail.
STEP 7 WARNING Do NOT stack more than one unit on top of each other. for stacking (H3) x 2 short dowel for single unit (H4) x 2 hole plug 1. Install dowels (H3) or hole plugs (H4). 2. For single unit: Insert hole plugs (H4) into top holes. 3. For stacking units: Insert dowels (H3) into top holes.

(H5) x 1 L-bracket 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 12 (H6) x 1 L-bracket screw #10 x 1/2 in. flathead (H7) x 1 wall screw #10 x 1-1/2 in. wall stud Align unit with wall stud. Install short end of L-bracket (H5) to wall/wall stud. Install long end of L-bracket to top panel (B). Use 1-1/2 in. screw (H7) to secure L-bracket (H5) to wall/wall stud.
