SNMP Traps
SNMP Traps are MIB objects (variables) that transmit information to the SNMP Manager when an event
occurs. Traps are included as varbinds (variable bindings) in the trap protocol data unit (PDU).
The following traps are supported for the ifTable objects:
 linkDown
 linkUp
These traps are sent when there is change on a specific interface such as GRE or Ethernet.
