TechDirect overview
TechDirect is an online portal that enables you to configure SupportAssist, download a customized SupportAssist package, and
manage SupportAssist alerts that are generated for your systems.
If you have Device Management Administrator rights in TechDirect, you can:
Create rules to automatically forward alerts to Dell for technical support or initiate a parts dispatch.
Manually review and determine if an alert should be forwarded to Dell.
