Syntax
arp
ip-address hardware-address
no arp
ip-address
ip-address
— IP address of a device on a subnet attached to an existing
routing interface.
hardware-address
— A unicast MAC address for that device.

This command has no user guidelines.
Example
The following example creates an ARP entry consisting of an IP address and a
MAC address.
console(config)#arp 192.168.1.2 00A2.64B3.A245
arp cachesize
Use the arp cachesize command in Global Configuration mode to configure
the maximum number of entries in the ARP cache. To return the maximum
number ARP cache entries to the default value, use the no form of this
command.
Syntax
arp cachesize
integer
no arp cachesize
integer
— Maximum number of ARP entries in the cache. The ranges are
as follows:
