6 Replace the two screws (M2x3) that secure the Type-C port bracket to the
system board and the palm-rest assembly.
7 Replace the adhesive tapes that cover the following connectors on the system
board:
– I/O-board cable connector
– touchscreen-board cable connector
– display panel cable connector
Post-requisites
1 Replace the heat sink.
2 Replace the solid-state drive.
3 Replace the battery.
4 Replace the base cover.
