Procedure

Place the palm-rest assembly on a flat surface.

Post-requisites

1 Replace the power-adapter port.

2 Replace the system board.

3 Replace the power-button module.

4 Replace the display assembly.

5 Replace the I/O board.

6 Follow the procedure from step 3 to step 8 in ”Replacing the computer

base".

7 Replace the keyboard.

8 Replace the wireless card.

9 Replace the hard drive.

10 Replace the base cover.

11 Replace the optical drive.

12 Replace the battery.
