Using the Update Available Notication Icon
NOTE: The update available notication icon may be displayed in the OpenManage Essentials heading banner only after
you refresh the web browser.
The update available notication icon is displayed in the OpenManage Essentials heading banner when a new version of
OpenManage Essentials is available. Click the icon to open the New Version Available window that displays the currently
installed and newly available version of OpenManage Essentials. You can click Learn More to view the download details on the
OpenManage Essentials website. Click
Remind Me Laterto set or cancel the update available notication.

Using the Warranty Scoreboard Notication Icon
The warranty scoreboard notication icon is displayed in the OpenManage Essentials heading banner based on the criteria you
have congured in Settings → Warranty Notication Settings. The warranty scoreboard notication also displays the number of
devices that meet the criteria you have congured. Click the icon to display the Device Warranty Report that provides the
warranty information of devices based on your Warranty Scoreboard Notications settings.
