10. Connect the hard-drive cable to the connector on the system board and press down on the connector latch to secure the cable.

11. Replace the base cover (see Replacing the Base Cover).

12. Replace the battery pack (see Replacing the Battery Pack).


13. Install the operating system for your computer, if needed.

14. Install the drivers and utilities for your computer, if needed.
