ADDITIONAL TOOLS (Not Provided) Note: It is not recommended to use power tools during assembly . Note: Wood dowels are intended for alignment. Additional clearance between wood dowel and pre-drilled hole is intentional for ease of assembly.
Please do not use tools to assemble this unit unless specifically indicated. Locked Unlocked Reference the images above any time the instructions state "lock the hardware". Note: Be sure to check all hardware is locked when completed. Step 1. Attach top drawer panels (parts H & I) to top drawer back panel (part J) using wood dowels (part #1) and lock the hardware. Slide top drawer bottom panel (part K) into grooves of assembled unit (parts H, I & J).
Step 2. Attach bottom drawer panels (parts M & N) to bottom drawer back panel (part O) using wood dowels (part #1) and lock the hardware. Slide bottom drawer bottom panel (part P) into grooves of assembled unit (parts M, N & O). Attach bottom drawer front panel (part L) to assembled unit (parts M, N & P) using wood dowels (part #1) and lock the hardware. Insert aluminum rods (part #6) into place as shown. P M N O O P Step 3.
Step 4. Attach base (part F) to bottom panel (part D) using bolts (part #2), flat washer (part #3) and allen wrench (part #4). #2 #3 #4 D F #2 #3 #4 Step 5. Carefully turn unit upright. Attach top panel (part A) to assembled unit (parts B & C) using wood dowels (part #1) and lock the hardware.
