GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
The warranty on this unitdoes notcov-
er Itemsthat have been subjected to
operatorabuse or negligence. To re-
calve full value fromthe warranty,the
operator must maintain unitas instruct-
ed in this manual. Vadous adjustments
will need to be made pedodlcally to
properlymaintain your unit.
• Once a year, replace the spark plug,
air filterelement, and ch_k guide bar
and chain forwear. A new spark plug
aml-eJrfilter element assures proper
air-fuel.mixture end helps yourengine
run better and last longer.
WARNING: Disconnectthe spark plug
beforeperformingmaintenanceexcept
forcarburetoradjustments.
