0-30 DAYS: Return Custom & Universal Products
You may return products(s) for any reason within the first 30 days from delivery for a partial refund
(minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee). A full refund will only apply if the product is
determined to be defective in material or workmanship. If a defect is suspected within the first 30
days from delivery, we will require pictures of the item so our product team may validate the defect
and evaluate the cause. Every effort is made to expedite defective evaluations. In the case of a
defect within the first 30 days from delivery, Coverking will either return and refund, or repair and/
or replace the item at our expense.
Warranty Period
Coverking warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship to the original
purchaser for a period specific to that product. All warranty claims will be evaluated by Coverking.
If a determination is made to cover an item under warranty, Coverking will repair or replace the
item at Coverking’s sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued. The warranty is void if the product
has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or other abuses not arising out of defects in material
or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.
Lifetime Repairs
After the warranty period expires, Coverking offers repair or replacement on pro-rated basis. To
request post warranty repair please submit a support ticket at support.coverking.com.
Level A repair - $29.99 (Dash covers, sunshields, floormats and small seat cover repairs)
Level B repair - $99.99 (Extensive seat cover repairs, most vehicle cover repairs)
Level C repair - $199.99 (Leather seat covers, stormproof, satin stretch vehicle cover repairs)
Customer ships it to us, and we pay for shipping back to the customer (48 states)
