Limited 1-year warranty
The wooden stair components manufactured and distributed by Mastercraft / Colonial Elegance
are carefully made and free of defects in workmanship and/or material. We offer you a one-year
(1) year limited warranty on the product, from the date of purchase.
The limited warranty is valid under normal wear and tear for the limited life of these products.
The warranty will be void if the damage is caused by abuse, mishandling, improper installation
or misuse, indirect or incidental exposure to water and / or moisture.
This warranty does not cover any labor costs incurred in removing, relocating or replacing
defective products or parts of these products. In the event of a defect, malfunction or other
failure of the product covered by the warranty, Mastercraft / Colonial Elegance will replace,
repair the defect for free within ninety (90) days of receipt of the product, or refund the
purchase price to his sole discretion.
To take advantage of this warranty, the consumer must have proof of purchase and contact
customer service at 1-800-361-0230 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday

This limited warranty protects the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This limited
warranty supersedes all other warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and excludes all incidental or consequential
damages.
Any product replacement authorized by Mastercraft / Colonial Elegance will be limited to a
product of comparable or similar style and dimensions and of equal value. The product will be
replaced in the original condition of the purchase. Mastercraft / Colonial Elegance cannot be
held responsible for the installation, finishing (stain, varnish, paint or other) or any modification
made by the customer on the original product. Transportation costs remain the responsibility
of the customer.
