Emergency Overview: Manufactured stone veneer varies in size, shape, color and texture.
Negative health effects are not expected to occur during the
use of this product; however, inhalation of dusts, during dry
cutting, sawing, grinding, sanding, breaking, or drilling, may cause
respiratory irritation.
Potential Health Effects:
Eye Contact: Irritation of the eyes may occur, due to the generation of dust
from dry cutting, sawing, grinding, sanding, breaking, or drilling
this product. Irritation include redness, tearing, and blurred vision.
Provideimmediaterstaid(Section4)andifnecessary,seek
medical attention.
Ingestion: This product should not be eaten. If ingested accidentally, this
product may pose a choking hazard.
Inhalation: This products contain crystalline silica. Dust is generated when
dry cutting, sawing, grinding, sanding, breaking, or drilling this
product. Prolonged exposure to crystalline silica can aggravate
other lung conditions and cause silicosis, a disabling and
potentially fatal lung disease. Exposure to this dust may cause
irritation to the moist mucous membranes of the nose, throat
and upper respiratory system. It may also leave unpleasant
deposits in the nose.
Skin Contact: Dust is generated when dry cutting, sawing, grinding, sanding,
breaking, or drilling this product. This dust may cause irritation.
