50 Year Limited Warranty - Products
Environmental StoneWorks’ (“ESW”) products shall be free from defects for a period of 50 years from the
date of purchase when they are installed in accordance with manufacturer’s written instructions and
used on adequate structures and surfaces that conform to local building codes. The application of
ClipStone is beyond ESW’s control and is thus the sole responsibility of the installer.
Environmental StoneWorks’ (“ESW”) products shall be free from defects for a period of 50 years from the
date of purchase when they are installed in accordance with manufacturer’s written instructions and used
on adequate structures and surfaces that conform to local building codes. The application of ClipStone is
beyond ESW’s control and is thus the sole responsibility of the installer.
ESW will, at its sole discretion, repair or provide, free of charge, new product to replace any products
determined to be defective. This Warranty is the sole exclusive remedy regarding ESW’s products. It is
limited to manufacturing defects of ESW products only and does not include the labor costs incurred in
removal and replacement of defective products. This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from
building settlement, wall movement, discoloration due to airborne contaminants, use of pressure washer
or pneumatic air to clean, contact with chemicals, staining or oxidation. This Warranty is void if the
products or appurtenances thereto are misused, mishandled, altered, damaged or modified. ESW is not
liable for special, incidental and consequential damages including, without limitation, labor costs to
remove or replace defective products. ESW DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
AND IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
This Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of ESW’s products and all transferees prior to and
including the first owner of the structure to which the products are applied. This Warranty is not
transferable or assignable to any other party.
Any action for breach of this Warranty or arising out of or related to ESW products must be commenced
within 1 year after the cause of action has accrued.
