Limited (2-Year) Warranty for CP Classic range
Of course all new Chicago Pneumatic products are warranted* to be free from defects – 1 year
from date of purchase comes standard in the manufacturer’s limited warranty. With the Classic
range of new products, you can be doubly sure that CP warrants its material and workmanship,
because these products have been selected, tested, and proven by thousands and thousands of
tool users, year after year.
So now CP is putting a 2-Year Limited Warranty in writing on this Classic series of tools.
Registration of each tool on the website is REQUIRED within 4 weeks of the original purchase
date.
CP will not honor Warranty extensions (beyond the standard manufacturer’s limited warranty)
on unregistered tools.

Upon completion of the on-line registration, the models of the "Classic" product range* (“the Product”)
are warranted Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company LLC (“CP”) to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to a Product purchased new from CP or one of its authorized dealers. Of
course this warranty does not apply to Products which have been abused, modified, or repaired by
someone other than CP or its Authorized Service Representatives.
If a Product proves defective in material or workmanship within two years after purchase, return it to any
Authorized Service Center for CP tools, transportation prepaid, enclosing your name and address,
adequate proof of date of purchase and a short description of the defect. CP will, at its option, repair or
replace defective Products free of charge. Repairs or replacements are warranted as described above for
the remainder of the original warranty period. CP’s sole liability and your exclusive remedy under this
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective Product.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS,
WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL WARRANTIES, OR
CONDITIONS, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE
HEREBY DISCLAIMED, THERE SHALL BE NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL
