Instructions for Use:
Preparation:
Lightly coat loaf pan and lifter tray with non-stick spray before use.
Pre-heat oven according to recipe requirements. Prepare & mix
meatloaf, stuffing, and/or glazes according to recipes. Delicious
recipes are provided in the included booklet. Add ½ cup of water into
the loaf pan then insert the lifting tray.
1. Add half of your meat mix into the pan; press down to flatten.
2. Using the provided presser (the side with the multiple layers)
place over the meatloaf mixture and push downward creating a
cavity to use for stuffing. Using your fingers press the cavity to
make about an inch deeper. Push the meat upwards along both
sides of the cavity as well creating a deeper opening.
3. Add stuffing ingredients to cover the cavity.
4. Fill with remaining meat mixture.
5. Using the flat surface of the presser, place on top of the
meatloaf and push downward, creating a seal (IF NEEDED, USE
FINGERS ALONG SIDE OF TOP LOAF TO PUSH DOWN FURTHER
ON MEAT TO INCREASE SEAL).
6. Remove the presser & add your favorite sauce or glaze. Bake
the meatloaf according to your recipe.
7. When finished cooking, remove from oven and allow to cool for
five minutes. Remove the lifter tray and place on cutting board.
Gently slide meatloaf off of lifting tray; slice; serve & enjoy!
Care:
Dishwasher safe however hand wash is recommended to extend
product life. Wash before initial use.
DO NOT PLACE PRESSER IN THE OVEN!
