Q. How many devices can I charge at once with the ChargeHub V2?
A. The ChargeHub V2 can charge up to 2 devices at once using the 2 USB Ports.
Q. Can I leave my ChargeHub V2 plugged in all the time?
A. We recommend unplugging the ChargeHub V2 when not in use. Even when it is not
charging anything, leaving it plugged in may drain the car battery and may deplete its
power if the engine is not running.
Q. What is the amp charge?
A. The ChargeHub V2 has 1 port with a 2.4A output and 1 port with a 1.0A output.
Q. How long does the ChargeHub V2 take to charge my phone?
A. Charging times vary depending upon the device, the age of the device and the level of
current power.
Q. Does the ChargeHub support Qualcomm Quick Charge Technology?
A. The ChargeHub does not support the Qualcomm Quick Charge Technology, however,
the ChargeHub will still charge these devices, as well as every other USB-chargeable
device on the market – most with optimum speed.
Q. Can the ChargeHub V2 break my windshield?
A. The ChargeHub V2 will only break tempered glass – it is not designed to break a
windshield, laminated glass, or plated glass.
Q. Can I use the window breaker/seat belt cutter more than once?
A. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend replacing the ChargeHub V2 after a
single use in an emergency situation where you used the window breaker or seatbelt
cutter.
Q. Can I store the ChargeHub V2 in my purse while traveling without cutting something?
A. Yes, you can store the ChargeHub V2 in your purse. The seat belt cutter is safely
concealed with a zinc-alloy guard on the side of the ChargeHub V2. Be cautious of small
wires or items that may be able to fit in-between the main body of the ChargeHub V2
and the guard.
Q. Is there a warranty?
A. Every ChargeHub V2 comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
