30-Day Limited Warranty
Empowerseas, Inc.
(AANNY Designs, Timberbrook, Catur Décor), warrants your
new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under normal household/pet use for a period of thirty (30) days
from the date of purchase. During this period, such defects will be
repaired, or the product replaced at Empowerseas option. Customer
is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to
the original retailer or Empowerseas. If the product is no longer
available, we will replace with a similar product of equal value.
This warranty does not cover use not in conformity with the
downloaded instructions, or damage to the product resulting from
accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only
to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient.
Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to
make a warranty claim. Empowerseas, Inc. disclaims all
responsibility for consequential, incidental, or commercial losses
caused by the use of this product. Some states do not allow this
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses, so the
foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you also have other legal rights which
