Routine Maintenance
2 Remove the empty ink tank.
Pull the tab on the ink tank toward you to release.
Lift the ink tank from its slot.
Do not touch the lock lever; remove only the ink tank.
Important
➤ •To avoid spilling ink, do not touch the bottom of an ink tank once you have
removed the protective cap.
• Discard empty ink tanks according to the local laws and regulations
regarding disposal of consumables.
