Cause
Malfunction

Power switch

Checks
Turn off and then on the power
switch. Is the problem corrected?
Is the relay connector J56 directly
under the power switch connected
securely?
Disconnect the relay connector
J56. Set the meter to the x1KΩ
range, and measure the
resistance between J56-1 and
J56-2 on the connector side of the
power switch. Is it about 400 Ω?

Re-connect it.
Replace the power
switch.
Check the wiring from
the DC controller PCB to
the power switch for
electrical continuity; if
normal, replace the DC
controller PCB.
