Does the printer still display
‘Ink tank errors have occurred’
on the screen?
Re-click the cartridge back
into position and repeat the
steps in section 16) for the
next cartridge in sequence
.
Does the error message
indicate that the cartridge is
not being recognised?
Something is interfering with
the chip or the chip is faulty.
Please check the LED is not
damaged & is clean of ink.
Insert the cartridge & test the
printer again.
Are you able to resume
printing?
Congratulations you have
fixed your problem
Check the position of the chip on the
cartridge ensuring it is horizontal. Clean
the chip & LED with a damp tissue. If the
problem presets contact RIHAC
PRINTING
Congratulations you have
fixed your problem!
NOT PRINTING
Replace the LED with a new one
from another cartridge of the
same colour then repeat process.
