Enter the access number using - (numeric keys), press [OK].
If you do not want to specify an access number, leave it blank and press [OK].
The maximum number of digits you can store for an Access Number is seven. If you store an
Access Number with less than seven digits, the machine stores them as follows:
- Example: If <321> is entered, it is stored as <0000321>.
- You cannot store an access number with only zeros as the number, such as <0000000>.
The display returns to the Store New Address screen.
