important to take measures to help protect your print environment. The imageRUNNER ADVANCE
platform offers a range of security capabilities to help facilitate the confidentiality, accessibility,
and availability of your information.
Data and Network Security
Canon’s multilayered security solutions
help safeguard sensitive data stored on
the device and during transmission:
• HDD Erase* removes latent images
after each task.
• HDD Format removes and overwrites
all data on the hard drive at the end
of life.
• HDD Data Encryption* helps protect
information even after hard drive
