● Registering a group under a one-touch speed dialing key
❏ Press [4 ] or [e] to display the key under which you want to register
the group (01 to 12).
• If a fax/telephone number is already registered in this key, <1-TOUCH SPD
DIAL> or <GROUP DIAL> appears.
• If fax functions have been programmed into keys marked 01 to 12 using the
<PROG 1-TOUCH KEY> setting in the <ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS> menu,
<PROG 1-TOUCH KEY> appears. (See “Fax Settings,” on p. 6-6 for details.)
● Registering a group under a speed dialing code
❏ Press [Coded Dial] ➞ enter the two digit code under which you want
to register the group (00 to 99), using the numeric keys.
If a fax/telephone number is already registered in this key, the message
<CODED SPD DIAL> or <GROUP DIAL> appears.
5 Press [Set] twice.
