Speed Dialing
Group Dialing
Group dialing allows you to register several fax/telephone numbers for one-touch
or coded speed dialing.
Creating Groups
[Function] must be lit for you to use the
[Space] , [Delete]
,
or [Clear]
keys. If [Function] is not lit, press [Function].
1 Press [Additional Functions].
2 Press [4 ] or [e] to display <4.ADD. REGISTRATION> ➞
press [Set].

3 Press [4 ] or [e] to display <3.GROUP DIAL> ➞ press [Set].

4 Select the one-touch speed dialing key or speed dialing
code under which you want to register the group.
• If you wish to register a group under an already registered one-touch speed
dialing key or speed dialing code, or if you want to re-enter a group, you must
delete the previous information first.
• Do not register a group under a one-touch speed dialing key or speed dialing
code in which <SUBADDRESS TX> or <POLLING RX> has been set. If you do
so, you cannot send faxes to the parties that have a subaddress or password
registered.
