Chapter 3 Using the Printer With Your Macintosh 3-3

❍ You see this screen:

❍ You can select:

• Number of copies

• Pages to print, all or a range

• Print Quality; for Canon specialty papers, select Best

• Type of BJ cartridge installed in printer

• Paper feed method: auto or manual

• Destination: printer, preview, or PICT file

• Reverse order; starts printing with last page of

document

• Collate copies; sorts multiple copies

❍ For details on these settings, use the Balloon Help

function.

❍ Click the Color button to change the color settings (see

next section).

❍ Click the Save button to save the current settings. When

you choose the Print command later for a new

document, these settings are automatically selected.

❍ Click the Default button to restore the original default

settings.
