Chapter 5 Administrator Settings
• Destination path
Select the [Enable] check box to include the destination
path in the index file. You can change the default field
name (“Folder”) as necessary.
• Index file format
Specify a file format for the index files.
Editing Users
You can change the settings of registered users.
1. Select a user, and then press [Edit] - [Modify].
The Edit screen appears.
2. Change the user settings, and then press [OK].
For details on the settings, see “Registering New Users” on
p. 103.
Hint
When editing <Default User>, the only setting that can be
changed in the user settings is the default setting for "Default
Address Book screen", "Default Job Button screen" or "Screen
after Login".
When editing a user who was registered automatically by
server authentication, you can set the e-mail address in the
Edit screen.
When “Use only Job Buttons” is enabled as a function
restriction, only “Job Button List” is displayed for the “Screen
after Login” setting.
