WARRANTY INFORMATION
CAMO Hidden Fasteners, a Pro-Fit
®
brand, are guaranteed 1) to be free from defects and
workmanship for the life of the product including when used in ACQ and Copper Azole treated
lumber, and 2) are guaranteed against rust and corrosion for the life of the project.
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Limited Warranty: National Nail Corp. (“NNC”) warrants that the CAMO Hidden Fasteners (the
“Product”) you purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the
product, and are guaranteed against rust and corrosion for the life of the project. This warranty
only extends to the original purchaser.
Exclusive Remedy: NNC will replace any defective product at no charge. This is your sole and
exclusive remedy for any product defect. If NNC does not replace the product within a
reasonable time, its liability to you will be limited to the purchase price of the product.
Exclusions from Coverage: You will have waived any claim for breach of warranty (1) if you do
not notify NNC in writing within 30 days after you discover a defect, (2) fail to follow the
instructions, requirements and recommendations, or warnings provided with the product or (3) if
the product has been (a) altered, abused or misused, (b) installed or used under unusual or
abnormal conditions or in violation of any building code, or (c) damaged as a result of negligence,
accident, or improper installation. This warranty does not cover labor charges or damage
incurred in installation, repair, or replacement of the product, and does not cover costs of
installation, removal, reinstallation, decking materials, or installation tools. NNC does not assume
any risk or liability associated with the use of this product. Wearing proper safety equipment and
other necessary action should be taken to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the project.
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER ANY LEGAL
THEORY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. NNC will not be liable for any negligent
design or manufacture of the products or for the omission of any warning.

WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE; PROVIDED, HOWEVER,
THAT NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS
LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Nobody can modify or
expand this warranty or waive any of its limitations except in a writing signed by an authorized
officer of NNC.

other rights which may vary from state to state.
