Air supply 1. Ensure tool air valve (or trigger) is in the “off” position before connecting to the air supply. 2. You will require 90 PSI of air pressure 2.8 CFM of air flow. 3. WARNING! Ensure the air supply is clean and does not exceed 8bar (120psi) while operating the sander. Too high air pressure and unclean air will shorten the product life due to excessive wear, and may be dangerous causing damage and/or personal injury. 4. Drain the air tank daily. 1. As a standard practice, drain water from the air compressor tank and air lines prior to use each day (reference your compressor operators manual for detailed instructions). 2. Install a 1/4” male connector (not included) into the air inlet port on the tool. 3. Turn on the air compressor and allow it to build up pressure. 4. To assemble the backing disks and sandpaper. 5.
