8 FIRMWARE UPGRADE

Warning! The firmware upgrade is a factory reset: any scripts uploaded to the

reader are deleted.

The Quattro R4321P firmware upgrade can be performed only via USB.

In order to upgrade the firmware follow the steps described below:

1. Download the Quattro Upgrade Tool and the firmware image file at the

Quattro R4321P web page of

the CAEN RFID Web Site, Downloads section.

2. Connect the Quattro reader to your PC using the USB port.
