Use and Care Manual

Before you Start
Please read and understand these instructions before beginning any work.
These instructions are a general guideline for installing Bodesi Glass Tiles.
The single most important factors to a good tile job are knowledge and patience. The best tile installations take time and
require attention to detail. Technical knowledge of the materials used is very important. Each respective manufacturer will
include detailed information regarding their product. Make sure you are familiar with the use and care of each.
Dry areas such as backsplashes or feature walls tend to me more straight forward in their preparation. Wet areas such as
showers take more consideration, but there is plenty of help available. Kitchens, Backsplashes and dry areas are a little bit
easier, simply because there is no water involved. If you are installing in wet areas such as showers and bathtubs, make
sure the structure and substrate are properly installed.
If you are a professional contractor, a hired installer, architect, developer or if you are installing in a commercial areas –
we strongly recommend reviewing and following the installation guidelines set out by The Tile Counsel of North America,
(https://www.tcnatile.com/) as well as appropriate ANSI standards for installation.
