FINE TUNING THE UBB (CONT.)
• Flame is oscillating from low flame height to high flame height over a period of several minutes.
• Ash and unburned fuel is slowly building up on one side of the burn pot.
• Ash clinkers are hard and have a white molten appearance.
• Flame is short and white in color.
• Flame appears to burn on only one side of the burn pot.
• #2 and #3 LED blink repeatedly.

It is important to note that the stove does not respond quickly to trim pot knob adjustments. Therefore, anytime adjustments are
made, turn the knob a single indicator mark or less and wait at least 30 minutes for the stove to stabilize before making further
adjustments.
Adjusting the exhaust fan and feed rate trim pots affect the air/fuel ratio . However they work inversely to each other. For example,
if the exhaust fan is adjusted to +3 and the feed rate is adjusted to +3, the air/fuel ratio remains unchanged.
Turn feed rate up a single indicator mark and observe. After 30 minutes, observe and make additional adjustments if
necessary.
