Portable Bypass Kits
A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. brings both safety and convenience to the natural gas industry: the Portable Bypass Kit. This durable and
lightweight kit is designed to provide technicians with a safe and easy transport option to the job site when bypassing a meter set for
inspection, maintenance, meter change out, regulator, riser valve, or sample testing. The Portable Bypass Kit can be used with our angle
body valves and bypass bars, allowing continuous service to the customer. This means no reschedules, no loss of pilot lights, and no
interruption of service. With optional adapter valve sizes of 1/4” or 3/8” and optional regulator sizes of 5”-10” WC or 2 PSI, the user
experiences exibility in the meter sets they are servicing.
