HARDWARE INSTALLATION Step-a ● Draw the Center Line of the Track 1.Draw a horizontal line which is [1-5/16"(33mm)+Door Height+ 3/8"(10mm)]above the floor.The length of the line needs to be same as your total track length. 2.The horizontal line is to label out the track's center line,and easily mark down each track hole's center point to attach the track later. Step-b ● Assemble Door Stoppers 1.Connect the track pieces with junction plates. (Disregard Step-b-1 for single piece track). 2.
● Mounting the Track IMPORTANT Step-d Sit the wall spacer base onto the wall. See picture in step-d 1.Align the holes on the track with the drilled holes on the wall. 2.Place one Lag Screw through the hole on one end hole of the Track, through a Spacer, and drive the Lag Screw into the pilot hole. DO NOT fully fasten Lag Screw. Repeat process for Lag Screw on opposite end of Track. DO NOT fully fasten Lag Screw. 3.
Step-g ● Hang the Door 1.Lift the door up to the track at a slight angle and rest both wheel grooves onto the top of the track carefully. 2.Turn the an -jump pad toward the wall and stop under the track, ghten the screws. 3.Repeat step-g-1 and step-g-2 on the other door for a double door installation. ● Install the Floor Guide Step-h 1. Make sure there's a slot at bottom of the door for the T shape floor guide to be functional. 2.
● Different Floor Guides T-Guide Open a slot at the bottom of the door for T shape floor guide.
