LIMITED THREE-YEAR WARRANTY

Atomi Inc. warrants that your Sma WiFi Ceramic Tabletop

Heater will be free of defects in material or workmanship

under normal home use for three years from the date of

purchase. Atomi Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace a

defective Sma WiFi Ceramic Tabletop Heater without

charge upon its receipt of proof of the date of purchase. If a

replacement Sma WiFi Ceramic Tabletop Heater is

necessary to service this warranty, the replacement ceramic

tabletop heater may be new or reconditioned. If a

replacement Sma WiFi Ceramic Tabletop Heater is sent, a

new limited three-year warranty will be applied to the

replacement ceramic tabletop heater. This warranty only

applies to Sma WiFi Ceramic Tabletop Heaters operated in

the United States. This warranty gives you speciﬁc legal

rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from

state to state.
