4. My Notebook PC does not boot up. How can I x this?
You can try doing any of the following suggestions:
• RemoveallconnecteddevicestoyourNotebookPCthen
restart your system.
• Iftheproblemstillexists,contactyourlocalASUSservice
center for assistance.
5. Why can’t my Notebook PC wake up from sleep mode?
• Youneedtopressthepowerbuttontoresumeyourlast
working state.
• Yoursystemmighthavecompletelyusedupitsbattery
power. Connect the power adapter to your Notebook PC
and connect to a power outlet then press the power button.
6. Why is NVIDIA G-SYNC™ disabled automatically in battery
mode?
• Forbestperformance,itisrecommendedthatyouplugyour
Notebook PC to a power source when playing games or
when the system is under heavy load. Leaving your Notebook
PC in battery mode will limit system performance, and
disable NVIDIA G-SYNC™ to ensure a smooth experience.
• ToenjoythebenetsofNVIDIAG-SYNC™whileinbattery
mode, please disable the animation eect in games, or close
apps and programs running in the background. You may
reactivate NVIDIA G-SYNC™ via the NVIDIA® Control Panel.
