Computer Service is handled directly through DELL’s Client System. All DELL computers used on FocalSpot,
Inc. inspection systems are covered under the DELL Pro Support “Next Business Day On-Site Service.” On-
Site Service is designed to deliver convenient and timely warranty repair service at your location.
NOTE: Computer maintenance, security and backup are the responsibility of the end user. Should service be
required for software setup, repair or reinstallation; these activities are not covered by DELL Service.

All other items besides the computer are handled through FocalSpot. Software “updates” are covered under
the factory warranty for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase. However, software installation,
configuration and Applications Support are paid services.
